3月2日（水）美術科校内作品展

３月５，６日に「はっち」で開催される予定だった第58回八戸市中学校生徒美術展は、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大防止のために中止となりました。美術展に本校から出品予定の作品を、玄関前ホールに展示しています。
The 58th Hachinohe City student art exhibition that was to be hosted at "Hacchi" on March 5th and 6th, has been cancelled due to preventative measures against the new strain of Corona virus. We plan to exhibit artworks from this school that were to be displayed in the exhibition in the front entrance hall.

1-2の数学の授業の様子
タブレットを用いて、円錐や角錐の体積について学習しています。わからないこと、疑問に思ったことなどを話し合いながら、生徒同士積極的に活動しています。南中ソーラン練習中！
２学年の立志式に向けた練習の様子です。実施は３月に延期になりましたが、生徒の気持ちはドンドン上がっています。今日は学年リーダーを中心に、全員で『南中ソーラン』を練習しました。日増しに動きが良くなってきました。
Second year students turned toward practice for the coming of age ceremony. The ceremony was postponed to March, but the students' feelings are rising. Today, students practiced "Nanchu Soran," a yosakoi dance, with the leaders in the center. Their movements are getting better day by day.

２月３日ALTのジェニファー先生が、アメリカのバレンタインデーについて説明してくれました。
アメリカではチョコレートに限らず、花束やカードもプレゼントします。学校でプレゼントを販売したりもするそうです。
The ALT, Ms. Jennifer, explained about Valentine's Day in America. In America, not only chocolates, but flower bouquets, cards and presents are given. They also sell (Valentine's Day) presents at schools.
